Greetings to you our beloved parents/guardians and well-wishers. Today 25th November, 2023 marks the end of the third term of the 2023 academic year. We thank God for enabling us to go through the term.
ACADEMICS
All planned academic programs and activities for the term have been achieved. All learners were assessed and have received assessment reports. Please endeavor to study the report and advise the child accordingly to ensure that there is continuous progress. There are students who have been advised to see the administration because of their performance. Parents whose children are in this category should come with them for this meeting on 4th December 2023, at 10:00 am.
SCHOOL UNIFORM
Dear parents, some of our children outgrew their uniforms, others tampered with them which is not acceptable. If your child belongs to any of the mentioned categories, please purchase new uniforms for them. Indecent uniforms will not be allowed in school as the students report back.
REGISTRATION DETAILS FOR LIN (LEARNER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER) & UNEB
For successful registration for the above, we need the parents’ NIN, the candidates’ PLE index numbers for O’LEVEL, UCE index numbers for A’LEVEL and their dates of birth. Therefore, all students should report back with copies of their UNEB pass slips. This is urgent for candidates and compulsory for all other students who did not submit these details.
SCOOL FEES
We thank you for the continuous endeavor to pay school fees in time. The school fees remains UGX 1,660,000 (one million six hundred sixty thousand shillings only). All fees should be paid on the school fees accounts as it has always been. Thank you.
REPORTING DAYS FOR FIRST TERM, 2024
• S.4 and S.6 – Saturday, 3rd February 2024
• S.2 and S.3 – Sunday, 4th February 2024
Students should report only on the given dates.
