About SPENA
Who We Are
St. Peter’s Secondary School, Naalya is a secondary boarding school that was founded on Christian principles in 1994 in the inner suburbs of Kampala. We are registered by the Ministry of Education under Centre No. U0896 and offer both O’level and A’level classes, qualifying for UCE and UACE Certificates of Education respectively by UNEB at time of completion.
Academics is and will continue to be our primary focus at school as we endeavor to uphold our high standards and the resulting sound academic performances from year to year. The school is consistently rated as one of the best performing academic institutions in our country; ranking No. 2 in the 2020 ranks of ‘Number of University Intakes’.

Extra Co-Curriculars
Sports
We offer a wide range of a sports, artistic and creative activities and career mentorship to help develop our students’ talents and interests. We pay tribute to our teachers who have the qualifications and experience to reach and maintain the academic expectations that we set for ourselves.
We hold an annual cultural day featuring music, dance and drama inter-house competitions. Games and sports include football, rugby, basketball, volleyball, you name it, we’ve got it.
Our dedicated staff members, along with Alumni groups work together to give students more flexibility in accessing various programs and courses that we offer.
