Annual Study Trips

The school organizes annual study tours. These tours are compulsory for all students because they help in exposure, discovery and practical learning that enhances knowledge, understanding, skills, values and attitude (KUSVA) relevant in the new curriculum. Below is the schedule for 2025.

• Experience of a great scenery
• Hiking Mahoma hill

• A study of geomorphology of the area

Queen Elizabeth National Park
• Wildlife viewing and conservation education
• Team building activities
• Nature walks and hiking

Murchison National Park
• Wildlife and nature
• Study and experience of the game drive
• Study and experience of the falls
• Team building activities

Semuliki National Park
• Hot springs exploration
• Bird watching
• Nature walks and cultural experiences

Fee

Each student is required to pay USh. 350,000 as per the schedule below;

TERM ONE
CLASS MONTH TOUR DATES
S.2 February 14th, 15th, 16th and 21st, 22nd, 23rd
S.3 February/March Feb 28th, March 1st, 2nd and 7th, 8th, 9th
TERM TWO
CLASS MONTH TOUR DATES
S.4 June 6th, 7th, 8th and 13th, 14th, 15th
S.6 June 20th, 21st, 22nd and 27th, 28th, 29th
TERM THREE
CLASS MONTH TOUR DATES
S.1 September / October Sep 26th, 27th, 28th, and Oct 3rd, 4th, 5th
S.5 October 10th, 11th, 12th and 17th, 18th, 19th

You are requested to pay on time to allow proper planning. All payments should be done through the school fees accounts or using the students’ school pay codes.
