END OF TERM III CIRCULAR, 2025
Our Theme for the Year: “Advancing for Quality”
Dear Parents and Guardians,
Greetings from St. Peter’s Naalya. We sincerely appreciate your continued partnership and support throughout the year. As we close this Academic Year, on 29th November 2025, kindly take note of the following important updates and reminders.
ACADEMICS
This term has been devoted fully to academics, and all classes have completed their schemed work as guided by the National syllabus. Our S.4 and S.6 candidates received all the necessary preparation for the UNEB examinations, and we look forward to celebrating their results next year.
Report Cards
Report cards will be issued by class teachers by 3rd December 2025. Please review the performance and teacher comments thoroughly, and note any areas that may require intervention before the next academic year begins.
Holiday Work
All students have been issued holiday research assignments. These are designed to strengthen their academic focus, build inquiry skills, and support the demands of the new curriculum. We encourage parents to create a conducive environment for learners to complete this work.
Project Work
The National S.3 Project Work under the theme “Utilizing Available Resources for Community Development” will continue during the holiday, and teachers have already guided learners on the stages they are expected to complete.
In addition, students offering Fine Art and other practical skill-based subjects have been advised on the materials they will need for next year. We kindly request parents to support students with both the project activities and the preparation of these required items during the holiday.
UNEB Registration
Next term, S.3 and S.4 students are required to bring their P.L.E pass slips, and S.6 candidates must bring their U.C.E pass slips to enable timely UNEB registration.
