Greetings to you our beloved parents/guardians and well-wishers. This day marks the end of the first term of the 2024 academic year. We thank God for enabling us to go through the term.

ACADEMICS
All planned academic programs and activities for the term have been achieved. All learners were assessed and have received assessment reports. Please endeavor to study the report and advise the child accordingly to ensure that there is continuous progress.

SCHOOL UNIFORM
Please check your child’s uniform and be sure that it still fits well, or purchase new ones for those who have outgrown the ones they have. Indecent uniforms will not be allowed in school as students report back.

UNEB REGISTRATION
Registration of S.4 and S.6 candidates has been completed for those who completed paying both school fees and registration fees. If your child has a pending bill, please endeavor to clear to aid completion of the registration process. Registration fees for S.4 is 284,000/=, and S.6 is 306,000/= inclusive of resource and exam management fees. The UNEB deadline for registration is 31^st May, 2024.

 SCHOOL FEES
We thank you for the continuous endeavor to pay school fees in time. To keep up with the current inflation rates, we have adjusted our school fees structure to 1,980,000/= (one million nine hundred eighty thousand shillings only). Kindly remember to pay the fees for next term as the students report back. All fees should be paid on the school fees accounts as it has always been. Thank you.

S.4 & S.6 – Saturday, 25^th May, 2024
S.2 & S.3 – Sunday, 26^th May, 2024
S.1 & S.5 – Monday, 27^th May, 2024

 STUDY TOURS
The school annual study trips for S.4 and S.6 are scheduled for second term. S.4 tours will be on 7^th – 9^th June & 14^th – 16^th June, 2024 while the ones for S.6 will be on 21^st – 23^rd June & 28^th – 30^th June, 2024. Please pay in time to allow good planning. The trip fee is 350,000/=.

HOLIDAY SPORTS ACTIVITIES
Our school Basketball boys team, Rugby boys team, Badminton both boys and girls teams qualified for National Competitions. They will start on 26^th April – 5^th May, 2024. The girls will be residing at Ndejje S S and boys at St. John Primary School. There will also be National Chess Competions at St. Marks S S Namagoma from 5^th – 9^th May, 2024.
